Shipping policy



Destinations

We currently generally only ship to all member states of the European Union.


Order Types & Processing Time

1) Standard Order

  • generally 3-10 business days

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your package.

 

2) Pre-Order

  • we generally set a window of 2 weeks to collect pre-orders
  • afterwards production takes 1-2 weeks
  • then 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping
  • that's 3-5 weeks in total

You will receive a notification during each of the steps and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your package.

 


3) Mixed Order (Standard Order + Pre-Order)

When a Standard Order is placed together with a Pre-Order, they will be shipped separately to minimize your waiting time. As a result two shipping fees apply and two processing and shipping times result.

 


Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Important Notes

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance or report the damage to the delivery person immediately.

  • In the unlikely event that your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate an investigation.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or additional costs.

All our packages are shipped insured and with tracking via DHL. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
